It is for this reason submission grappling
is FREE to all existing members at our gym! Submission
grappling combines the best elements of Freestyle Wrestling,
Greco-Roman, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Sambo, and Judo.
You will learn takedowns, escapes from
holds, and submissions such as arm locks, leg locks, and
chokes, just like the pros on TV! They are all taught in
systematic and integrated manner, using timing and leverage.
This makes it possible for a smaller person to defeat a much
larger adversary. Submission grappling teaches defenses from
disadvantaged positions making it ideal for women’s self
defense.
Submission grappling is a complete and
total workout with a purpose! You can run around on a
treadmill pretending to be a hamster, or you can take your
strength flexibility and endurance to new levels with skills
you can really use!
When you are ready, you will learn how
to seamlessly integrate your takedown and submission skills
with strikes- making you a complete and total fighter.
